How does the free trial work?
Every Chartbrew plan includes a 30-day trial. We ask for the credit card upfront, which means your plan will continue automatically after the trial period and you will be charged when that happens.
Why do you ask for credit card details upfront?
Entering the credit card details establishes a higher level of trust between our businesses which is important for a small business like Chartbrew. This enables us to offer better support for our users. We love to support dedicated users in creating their perfect dashboards!
Will we be charged when the free trial ends?
Yes! The plan will roll automatically which will cause your card to be charged at the end of the month. If you wish to cancel the trial before it ends, you can do so from your account settings.
Do you offer discounts?

Can we upgrade or downgrade a plan later on?
Absolutely! You can always change your plan from the account settings when you are logged in. Downgrading only works if you haven't surpassed the limits of the lower plan. Chartbrew will tell you if this is the case and which content needs to be addressed.
Can we cancel our plan after we subscribe?
Yes, you can manage your plan from the account settings page and cancel at any time, no need to contact anyone for that. By default, the plan continues to run until the end of the month that was already paid for.
